MENIFEE, CA — December 7, 2025 — Wise Global Solutions today announced the upcoming release of the first Community Technology Preview (CTP) of Wise Installation Studio 9, scheduled for January 1, 2026. The announcement marks the formal return of the Wise brand with a fully modernized installer development platform designed for today’s Windows software ecosystem.
Wise Installation Studio 9 introduces a next-generation approach to installer authoring, blending a visual IDE with advanced automation, validation, and enterprise-scale packaging capabilities. The upcoming CTP release is the first public milestone in a multi-stage release cycle that will roll out additional features throughout 2026.

The initial CTP release introduces the core framework of the platform, including a redesigned Installation Expert workflow, improved build tooling, validation and testing features, digital signing capabilities, and packaging automation. Broader enterprise functionality, distribution tooling, and advanced management features will be introduced incrementally as development progresses.
